Asim Khan is a co-founder of ZYN. ZYN, from the word “zyndagi,” meaning LIFE, is a good-for-the-world brand that is first-to-market with a healthy beverage crafted from CURCUMIN, the powerful anti-inflammatory, antioxidant that is the source of Turmeric’s health benefits. ZYN’s mission is to bring ancient, time-tested wisdom / healing from around the world to the modern consumer in effective and engaging packaging in order to create a lifestyle brand with a portfolio of holistic, natural products. ZYN is a Certified B-Corp., and is a socially, ethically and environmentally responsible company that is making a positive impact on humanity and the world.

Previously, Asim spent 20+ years in the Finance industry. Asim served as a Managing Director at a private equity firm with $1.5 billion under management, where he was primarily responsible for supporting the investment and portfolio development activities of the firm. In this capacity, he was responsible for initiating investment opportunities, structuring and negotiating transactions, served as a Member of the Board of 5 portfolio companies, working with portfolio company management teams to create shareholder value and arranging for the disposition of investments, creating investment analyses, performing market research, providing due diligence support, and negotiating debt financings. He also spent 4+ years in investment banking (including Bank of America Merrill Lynch), where he was involved in a wide range of corporate finance and merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. Khan received B.S. degree in Accounting and Finance from Marquette University.
